Front axles had to be replaced twice and still not sure things are right. Slow to get work completed. They do have free shuttle service which is essential.

Service at Sport Honda on Automobile Boulevard in Silver Spring is first-rate. My car has been maintained and fixed by them since it was new in 2007. Always decent with customers and straight-up with the cost estimate for a repair. If you have a Honda, these guys can fix it.

The Sport Honda dealer service department is excellent at scheduling and keeping a timetable. They text updates concerning where they are when servicing your car, and letting you know in advance if your car needs replacement parts. They DO upcharge by 3% for credit cards, and that is a new policy, so I was surprised this time.
