We had numerous small and large holes to be repaired and painted throughout our home, and knowing that it was a large job, reached out to and received 5 different quotes. Ferdy Palacios came and gave us a reasonable quote for the drywall repairs, priming and painting, as well as replacement of an access panel in a closet for adjacent plumbing. We then expanded the scope of work to repaint 2 bedrooms and trim for one room, and he readily accommodated the change with a new quote. His quote was the least expensive of all of the quotes. His team of 2 guys completed the work efficiently, fixing holes, new drywall, plaster, sanding, prime and touch-up paint, even purchasing the additional paint that we had selected. They neatly covered the floor and furniture and completely cleaned up after the job, all within one week, which was impressive given the scope of work. You could not tell we had had such an extensive set of repairs made to our home. Beautiful!

Can't say enough good things about Ferdy and crew. I had never had the drywall repaired or painted before and he was super patient and helpful. They came on time, the price quote was quick and the workers were efficient and kind. I would definitely use them again and wish I would have called them sooner.

Did a great job at an even better price. After major leaking in basement during the spring and summer needed to replace drywall that had been removed to address the leaks. Palacios was the lowest bid. New walls look great. And in these economically uncertain times any opportunity to save money needs to be carefully considered.
