A plumbing leak left a hole in our dining room ceiling. We had three repair estimates and chose the lowest (which we normally do not do) owing to the very positive online reviews of Palacios Painting. The job included patching the hole, skim coating the textured ceiling, adding crown molding and painting the entire room. We are very pleased with the result, and found Ferdy and his colleagues extremely friendly, communicative and helpful.

I was very impressed with Palacios Painting. They completely redid the interior of a 2nd floor skylight- adding drywall and trim and then painting. The builder had done a poor job of framing the skylight interior but Palacios fixed that and the end result looks great. They also painted the 2nd floor hallway ceiling and remade a frame around a pulldown attic door. They also patched and painted my dining room ceiling. Ferdinand (Ferdy) Palacios was great at communicating throughout the job and stopped by to check on progress. The crew protected the areas not being painted, worked quickly, and left the house clean. Overall I am very pleased with the company. The price was fair and I would hire them again.

Ferdy Palacios knows his business, which is why the whole neighborhood uses his services. He comes promptly to give estimates, and in our case was able to start the work very soon. His crew did a beautiful job of replacing insulation and drywall following a nasty flood in the basement, then painting. The crew was quiet, courteous, and pleasant. Top marks. We will have him back for exterior painting soon.
