Owner, Russell Deighton, was supposed to show up and monitor his crew; it never happened! Although I had excellent Ladders they could have used, they brought their own and I was forced to pay an exorbitant price for two sets of ladders! They took many pictures of the work they "performed' billed me for them all, I had to get them to come back and do the maintenance on the roofing that they were supposed to do; they were not happy about that and did a lousy job of that it leaked soon after they were "finished" I will never ask Russell to do another job for me!!!
