Dr. Kathy Grace treats everyone one of her clients and prospective clients with care, cheer and endless patience. She is never rushed and always has time for that last question. She is very knowledgeable about the available hearing aid devices and tailors her recommendations to the specific needs and wishes of each client. I would highly recommend her to those looking for the proper hearing aids for their individual circumstances.

Dr. Zolt of Auditory Services is excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly; always available to answer questions. My hearing aids have been excellent and have lasted many years. Auditory Services provides outstanding services and products along with great value.

Auditory Services deserves the positive and wonderful reviews Checkbook consumers give it. My elderly and frail husband had resisted hearing aids, but finally agreed, with much skepticism, to meeting with an auditory specialist. It was reassuring to know that we had a generous time period to try and then reject any aides that failed to prove comfortable and effective. The Potomac location proved to be convenient to our DC home and from the, office manager, Karen Moshel, to Dr. Kathy Grace, he was put at ease and became confident in the diagnosis that he indeed needed hearing aids. Dr. Grace was sensitive to our preference for devices that that were straight forward and easy to put on and recommended a breakthrough brand that did not require removal of the batteries.
I’ll never forget driving home after my husband was first given his hearing aids. I had the radio set at normal level and he complained that the sound was too high. It was wonderful for both of us to lower the volume to accommodate his new ability to hear.
When my husband suddenly died within the warranty time period, I hesitated to call Auditory Services about a refund, but our children encouraged me to do it. My request was met with sympathy and an immediate promise of a full refund when I returned the device. I do believe that a company that was motivated more by profit than service would have made a persuasive case for not refunding our expenditure.
There are many reasons to recommend and rave about Auditory Services. As other consumers have made clear, a commitment to their customers and good service is prime among them.
