The first few weeks Martin would answer his phone to schedule and reschedule our work, but then he abandoned all communication when we were attempting to finalize whether the work would be done either the following Monday or Tuesday. He said he’d call us the Friday morning before to let us know which day he could come. It was critical that we receive this information Friday morning so we could adjust our work schedules. How rude that Martin not only failed to call Friday morning to finalize the schedule, but he also failed to return our three messages we left for him throughout the day. So now we’re stuck until next spring, at which time we’ll have to search for a RELIABLE contractor to do our work.
We’ll most likely file a formal complaint with Montgomery County Consumer Affairs. Note that G & V has three different addresses on record in Laurel, Beltsville, and Silver Spring, but all with the same phone number (301-927-8245) and contact person (Martin Gonzalez).
