Owner said it would be complicated to remove the tile on my kitchen floor becuase it was glued to plywood with anthter layer on top. He declined to look at it, give advice or give an estimate. Told him I have two children and myself walking over ripped up tile and he said "good luck".

Discovered asbestos floor tiles on a new home purchase. They were the only people that answered the phone. Came within a couple of days, and did a thorough job of removing all floor tiles in the entire house (2 floors) and left the house very clean, while sealing off all of the vents and sucked out all of the asbestos fibers from the air.
