Some repairs are best when done at the care dealership. The price might be higher than at a local repair shop, but some are definitely worth the extra cost. Repairs and service always done right the first time!

I recently had to replace a cracked valve cover on my 2011 BMW. Initially I tried to get Autobahn Motorworks in Bethesda MD to do the work but they were too backed up with work but they gave me a price for the work. I then contacted BMW of Silver Spring but their price was about $500 more than Autobahn's. I was able to negotiate down their price by $300 but decided to try Passport BMW. The service specialist I got quickly matched Autobahn's price and scheduled the work for the next morning. I was impressed. The job was done by the end of the day and I am a happy camper. Passport will be my go-to dealer henceforth. PS, although I bought the car from Passport almost 10 years ago, I used BMW of Silver Spring for all of the maintenance and warrantee work because they were closer to my home.
