Jiffy Maids

I have been using Jiffy Maids for over 6 year and have been very happy with the quality of their service and staff. Their customer service is top notch and very proactive.

Easily made an appointment, but downhill from there. Gave an arrival window of 12-2 on a weekday, showed up at 2:40 even after I called at 1:45 to ask where they were and they said they would arrive in 20 minutes. Then lots of stuff cleaned well but all wood on floors and furniture had a slippery, messy soap residue so it looked worse after "cleaning" than it did before. Finally, they called to see how the cleaning went and when I complained about how they were late I was lied to and yelled at. Totally bizarre, someone needs to tell them the customer is always right, especially when he is actually right. I recommend against using them, they don't seem to care about doing good work.
