They're also pretty messy and put a bad ding in a cabinet, either without noticing or without informing me; either way... I've found cigarette butts on my front steps (one of the crew smokes); not cool.
They show up when they say they will, they're very responsive to calls, and their rates are reasonable. But I think that makes them adequate and not superior.
