To start I will say that the finished product looks good. However, projects were not started or completed on time and in some cases debris was left behind. Timeline for projects: It was difficult to get specific dates and times for the beginning of projects format from Mat it was difficult to get specific dates and times for the beginning of project from Matt, the owner. I wasn’t sure if this was a scheduling/organizational issue or what. He would state the project would start on Wednesday for example, and it would not start then. When I would question what happened that it did not start on Wednesday he will just say it would start this weekend. And the weekend would come and go. I would press for specific dates, for example, the 12th and he would agree to it but then it would not start on that date. It was the same way with the completion of projects. I would ask if this project will be completed in a week and would be told that it would. Then the project will drag on for weeks. One project was half completed yet Matt texted me telling me if was completed early. Upon inspection, the project was not done to my specification and the contact. I had to show Matt the contract to get the project finished as it was written in the contract. Debris. At one point, the workers finished a project around 11:00/12:00 and left the property. There were several scraps and debris left behind yet they were finished with the work and did not come back. This happened on two occasions. Prices. The prices were on par to slightly above prices in the area. Supposedly he offers a 10% military discount but when i asked about it he evaded the question.
