Poor service and unpleasant staff too many times. Although they are conveniently located, I will never go back.

I took my car here once, for an intermittent ignition problem. I was not surprised they could not trace it and don't complain about that. However, they made 3 serious blunders: 1. they damaged the car, 2. they failed to tell me of the damage, and 3., they delivered the car to me in an unsafe condition: the damage they did prevented the hood from latching properly so that it stuck up out of position, visibly so. Nonetheless, the valet would have let me drive off that way.
