I have taken my cats to Kindness for many years. The office staff, vet techs and veterinarians are competent and very caring. They have provided excellent care in taking care of my very sick cats. Each vet has a different style and also somewhat different recommendations. My recommendation is to find a vet that works for you and try to make all appointments with that vet. Kindness has changed ownership and I think they are still trying to figure out how to continue providing excellent care in a corporate world. Communication with the vet is not the best when I need to talk to someone directly when I am not at Kindness and have concerns. (This became a major issue when my cat's health was declining rapidly and I needed a consult on next steps.) When I am at Kindness with my cat in the examining room, the vets take the time to answer questions, make recommendations, conduct a thorough examination. While I was often advised by front office staff to email the vet for specific concerns, and/or email a video or pictures of my cat's concerning behaviors, I often needed to wait at least several days before the vet emailed me back. I fully understand the importance of work-life balance, but if a vet is on leave, I recommend that they have an out of office on their email. The vet techs are excellent. Several provide petsitting services, giving meds in your home, etc. *If you are an older adult, you will get a 10% discount on most services. They now have a prescription food delivery service for pets, but I found that another delivery service, "Chewy" is quicker and easier.

My experience with Kindness Animal Hospital has been largely positive. They provide thoughtful care, and the team is knowledgeable and compassionate. I’m happy with the service, and my pet always leaves calmer than expected. I appreciate the thorough explanations and caring attitude from both the vet and staff.

Other than getting a timely appointment for regular care, I have no issues. They have taken care of my cats and dogs for over 20 years. My current dog is in great shape and he is 18 y.o.! I trust them to help me make the best decisions and keep costs reasonable. Recommend without hesitation.
