I have used them on four occasions now, and would not use anyone else. Very knowledgeable, always helpful. They never try to sell on a higher priced alternative. I have tried three other electricians previously.

They just changed out a panel for us in our house. They were a little hard to get a timely appointment with because they have a backlog. However, they were about 50% cheaper than the next bid I got on this job! They also added a side project for our radon system at the last minute--they didn't tell me up front how much it would cost but it ended up being reasonable. They did have to come back 4 times (!) to complete the job because of inadequate staffing/materials and because they missed something the inspector flagged. So, that has been a little frustrating, but it was a tough job and they've been very nice and their workmanship otherwise has been very good.

Tried to contact them thru their website with no response. I called to see if I could set up an appointment for a work estimate. Was told to call back in a couple months - they were too busy and wouldn't even schedule a future date or call me when they had an opening. So if you have months to even find out if they will work with you, then you could give them a try.
