I was very pleased with both the quality of work and the custom service provided by Eric's Repair. Their repair process was explained to me in great detail on the front end. I was advised of the approximate time the expected repair work would take, and and told I would be notified of any unexpected findings before any work was begun. Photographs of the involved areas and a preliminary repair estimate were communicated promptly via email. I was advised as soon as the work was completed, again by email, along with the final invoice. They did exactly what they said they would do, and the final cost was very consistent with the preliminary estimate. The job was finished within the time frame they'd indicated, and the repairs were performed well. Their prices were extremely reasonable, and they were very friendly and easy to deal with. This was my first time with Eric's Repair, and I will definitely use them again when needed.
