this is not really "urgent care" I waited for two hours and was then told it would be another hour so I left. IN PAIN

This is a very busy place. People come here for ailments that should be seen by a physician, physician's assistant or an in-store clinic. I came in because I had a cut that required stitches. I waited nearly 40 minutes putting pressure on my finger with the tissue I brought. When I was finally seen, I received excellent care and enough information to go home and feel like I was fully aware of any side effects and what needed to be followed up on. My caution, is that you need to be prepared to wait in a small room with a lot of people who are coughing. This has been my experience the three times I've visited over the years.
