My chimney flashing was subpar on my house I bought, and leaking slightly. Aaron presented an option (a flash seal, or something of that nature) that has a 7 year warranty and would keep my chimney leak-free until I replace the entire roof a few years from now. He had the most affordable plan of all the Chimney repairs I talked to, as he was the only one that didn't need to tear up and reshingle a chunk of my roof. He was honest and clear about what he was suggesting and why. He communicated clearly about when he could come do the work and came and did it exactly on schedule. Haven't had a leak since. Would absolutely recommend.
