We have a newer EV under lease that had electrical issues. Our vehicle was there for 3 weeks. We received very little communication. We had to initiate it via telephone calls and texts and rarely did they reply. I asked the Service Manager to call us--never did. In the end they could not diagnosis the problem but could not answer simple questions like did you test the 12V battery under load? Did you look for parasitic electrical loss?
