The tune-up of a/c and furnace was $29.99. However this is not why Genz Ryan came. The worker took over an hour to examine the furnace and air. Then the hard sell began.. From $600 on up was presented repairs on furnace and a/c. Everything was "faulty. Also presented a duct cleaning with no price attached. The email bill came to the price of $813. This bill will not be paid as I feel I was coerced into accepting something in order to get the technician to leave. I would never recommend Genz-Ryan.

Contractor has a real low price for HVAC checkups but at the end of their work, they present you with a high priced list of repairs or system enhancements--some of which are of questionable value. Duct cleaning and replacing existing filtering system with an electronic filtering system are examples. It feels like the techs are paid commissions and have an incentive to get your bill up there. Their work is good, but don't like the feeling I'm playing a game.
