I had Genz Ryan out for a "29 AC Tune up" (wording verbatim from their advertised coupon and on their website). The service technician was nice and helpful. But all he did was an inspection and ran diagnostics. Absolutely zero "tune up" performed. I asked him if he understood why I would be confused as to why I assumed some level of "tune up" would be performed, and he said "yeah, I can see how you might think that, this service is really just an inspection, though". Blatant false advertising just to get into your house to sell you additional services. Their diagnostics showed my 12-year old furnace to be running at around 65-70% to where it should be, and there initial "recommended" work was four services for over $2,000. No thanks!
