Nature's Stone was recommended to us by our kitchen remodeler. We found the staff at Nature's Stone would answer our questions if we asked but that they did not really engage us as we looked around the displays. So there was certainly no high pressure tactics used, and we did appreciate that. After we chose the countertop and called them about the possibility of getting a sample to aid us in making other decisions about the kitchen remodel they were able to find a piece for us - after initially telling us they didn't have any - and called us to let us know that. We did appreciate that very much. The granite counter top we chose came exactly as ordered. The pieces fit perfectly in place. The installers were professional as they worked. One technician expressed concern about one cabinet spacing possibly being too tight for our stove to fit back into place so he did not install one smaller portion of the countertop in case something needed to be changed. (As it turned out everything was fine, but we did appreciate his concern and are grateful he expressed it to avoid more possible complications later.) After further investigation by another staff member from Nature's Stone it was agreed the stove would fit as planned and the counter top was installed he installed us before he left. We have been pleased with the quality of the stone and feel it enhances our new kitchen.
