Two years ago Ole & Lena's installed two new Liftmaster openers. Upon arriving the service tech scraped my tool shed with ladders sticking out of the rear of the truck while backing into my driveway. It was a hot summer day and he was irritated with his mistake and seemed to rush the project and left the ceiling wires dangling awkwardly and also left loose wires adjacent to the tracks. The tech also forgot the opener backup batteries and I drove 40 minutes to and from the company to pick these up so they could be installed at the same time. No apology from Brandon for the damage to my tool shed.
