Hard to rate properly. Depends on which of the Dr’s is seeing your pet. 10 years ago I would have rated them superior across the board. Now it seems they have way too many clients and it is reflective in the care, aftercare, etc. Everything that used to be complimentary is now costing $. Like removal of small mats of hair, nail trims are now being charged per foot etc. I am recommending them as I have had no serious problems with them. Just expensive and extremely busy so it can be difficult to get in.
