They did what they promised and ahead of schedule. They have more affordable blinds that exceed the mass market ones. Tom is great!

When I contacted them to install two new shades, a sales person promptly came to our home, bringing color swatches and full information including payment policies. He made the measurements. Two weeks later the installer arrived, and quickly installed the new shades. They fit and work perfectly.

Working with Budget Blinds was a great experience. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. All went well from first contact through installation. An issue eventually developed with one of the shades. Jeff came out to take a look and made an adjustment that fixed the problem. He said that if the issue developed again, though, to let them know and they’d have a replacement shade made. Unfortunately, it did begin to misbehave again. As soon as I let them know, they set about having the replacement made. Just a week later, the replacement had arrived and Josh had installed it. All this was done quickly and efficiently, with no hassles whatsoever, and at no cost, as we were still within the warranty period. These are wonderful folks to work with, and I highly recommend them.
