I changed my order with Paul after I asked him to bring me a casement window sample. He cheerfully met me, showed me the casement construction and allowed me to change my order. By the way, the casements are dynamite! Paul knows his product well. His installers were excellent and respectful despite a couple of the old windows providing quite a challenge. These are great looking replacement windows and Paul offers a great guarantee! I highly recommend Midwest Window. I will use them again. Pam

We got bids from a national company, and two local companies. The national company was three times the estimate of Midwest. The other local company almost double. We researched the product, Pro-Via, and found it was well made and would meet our needs. Paul, the company owner, was the salesman and had installed windows for 30 years before taking over the company. That, and the reviews of others on this site, made us confident that Midwest was the best choice. We've had the windows in our sunroom for 6 weeks and have noticed that the room is about 4 degrees cooler than it was before the replacement. Our neighbors have been in to look at them and I am confident more business will be coming their way. Also a shout out to the installers who were very competent and did a great job.

Midwest Window and Siding gave us one of the lowest quotes of many, and they supplied a great product with a very knowledgeable team. It's a small outfit that has been in business for decades. They don't send a salesman to give you a quote, they send the guy who owns and operates the business. He really knows his stuff and is clearly not out to gouge his customers. I respected the clarity of their pricing and options, the cleanliness and efficiency of their work, the quality of their windows. Very happy we went with them.
