Working with Voyager to our new deck build was hands-down the best home improvement experience we've ever had! From start to finish the quality of service, attention to detail, and expert execution were of the highest standards. On the sales and initial consulting end, Keith was generously informative with providing ideas and plan variations. He always promptly responded to our questions (and there were many!). His enthusiasm for our project kept us excited. In the office, Cassy kept us informed of scheduling, timelines, and overall coordination of activities (footings, materials delivery, demolition, build, inspection). She also advocated with the city to get our permitting after some delay. The fabulous builders -- Jimmy and Joe -- built our deck as if it were their own. They were committed to getting everything right, with an eye to both structural integrity and the aesthetic of the finished product. We're grateful for their attention to detail and fine craftsmanship. It's something that Voyager's lengthy workmanship warranty can stand behind.  Finally, project manager Matt kept in close touch with the project, often making onsite visits, communicating with the crew and ourselves, keeping us apprised of any issues and next steps.  Bottom line --  We love our beautiful new deck so much we're already thinking about our next Voyager project!
