He showed up exactly when he said he would. While assessing the problem,he noticed a crack in the garage door, he commented that it would need to be replaced in the future because it would... (he went into detail about the issue) He did not say we should fix it immediately or pressure us to use him.
When we talked about replacing the door with him - he did not up sell us on a more expensive door, or into replacing both garage doors, he showed us an example of the door style and how well it matched the other existing door. However since the doors were 23 years old, we replaced both.
He was able to come later the same week, finished in the time he said he would, left the garage clean and was very polite.
I would recommend him!
