Last summer I had a significant landscaping project done that included repair and the installation of a fire pit patio. After about a month delay in getting the project underway, they chose to drive a bobcat over a large portion of my yard the morning after we had a two inch rainfall which increased the amount of damage to my overall land the amount of repair (Reseeding) that had to be done. The lawn has still not fully come back. After indicating he would reseed the lawn one more time if I had core aeration done, he has yet to respond to my September 2019 request to reseed the lawn after I had and paid for the core aeration.
