Confirming other comments. Randy's is no longer - and is now Republic and service has been terrible since acquisition. They also have more than doubled pricing

Randy's went downhill after being aquired by republic. I didn't get composting picked up and repeatedly had to call and be on hold for an hour requesting they come back and pick it up. This often had to occur 2-3 times every other week
