Sales person did not seem knowledgeable. He came out to the house and measured for a gas insert, but got the wrong measurements. We picked out an insert that would fit and when the installer came out to get the final measurements he said the model we wanted would not fit. The model that would fit was a higher price than at another store. They also had a much longer wait time than the other dealer, by more than 4 weeks.

Installed a gas fireplace insert. Seemed to be reasonably priced compared to other bids and appreciated the options to keep price down. Learned about the necessary chimney sweep at the end but otherwise bid and contracted well.
