Our 20-year-old cedar screened-in porch badly needed new flooring, railings, stairs, and posts that had all rotted. We contacted Craftsmen Home Improvements for a quote. We had used them in the past for our siding and gutters and knew they would do a wonderful job. Working with the salesman, Erik, was awesome. He met with us to walk through our options and gave us a very detailed quote. We decided to go with the Timbertech Azek PVC Vintage decking with black aluminum railing. After signing the quote, we received regular scheduling updates from the project manager Michele. The deck remodel was all done by one expert builder, Jay. He was very particular about the work as if he was working on his own house. He did encounter some additional rot that was hidden so it was not included in the original quote. The extra charges were reasonable to add on those fixes. The finished porch looks fabulous. We would highly recommend using Craftsmen Home Improvements for any home remodeling projects.

Craftsmen Home Improvements provided exceptional workmanship in residing our home which was built in the 70s and deck work. Communication was excellent throughout our projects! Any time we had a question or request we got an immediate response and follow through. The James Hardie aged pewter siding and Rocky Harbor Trex Composite/cedar deck and landing work is beautiful - We are so glad we went with Craftsmen Home Improvements and highly recommend them if you want your project to go effectively and efficiently!
