Despite being one of the smaller providers of this service, their pricing is higher than average. And, at a time of need when my furnace went out, and at the time of the first cold snap, they could not provide me service for at least one week. Yes, there had been a lot of requests for service because of that cold streak, but they were down two people at the time. Apparently they have a small enough staff that a run on their services taxes their capacity.
