Went in for oil change & tire rotation for which I had made an appointment and should have taken about 1 hour. After 2-1/2 hours and checking on it a couple of times, the receptionist called my name. When I went to pay I noticed some concerns noted by the mechanic on the paperwork. Went out to my car and they hadn't washed it (they offered to do so when I checked-in) and the inside still had paper floor mats and strong oily smell inside. Went back inside Mauer and waited for someone to help. When helped, described my experience and asked if someone was going to go through the mechanic's concerns noted on the paperwork. The person at the counter said the advisor was supposed to print out a few more pages and go over it with me, but he went to lunch. Both tires and front brakes were noted as needing attention - so it would have been important for them to review this with me. Overall, very disappointing. After I got home I noticed one of my wheel covers wasn't securely fastened on. They profess that customer is number one, but in this case the Service I received was very poor. It's really disappointing because when I find a good provider I am loyal.
