In the fall of 2019 this company put some underground gutters in my back yard. They almost never came out when they said they would, but they eventually showed up. They would usually work a short time then leave. The project dragged on for weeks. Often they would come late in the evening. I had marked springer heads with stakes before they started. They cut one water line and repaired that one. A second one was cut but I was not aware of it until a couple months had passed and I received a notice from the city that I was using much more water then was normal. I eventually had the sprinkler system installer come out, and after digging up several holes in the yard, found the damaged line right next to where they had put one of the underground drains for the gutters. The cost to repair the line was $300 and I spent at least $200 on wasted water leaking underground for months. I attempted to contact the owner, Zack Brown, left a message, but he never called back.
