I called for a bid after seeing their listing on this site. While they gave me a quick bid, when I asked for details (more than just a price with almost no detail - not even depth of insulation), they disappeared. I sent them a list of details that I got from another company that had bid at a slightly lower price and, apparently, they were planning to charge me more for less, since they ghosted me at that point. I was very happy with the other company's service and responsiveness.
