I called this vet three times. Each time the call went to voicemail -- so no live person was available to answer the phone. I left a detailed message each time asking for a simple price quote for trimming a cat's nails. The second message by me yielded a return call from them outside the hours I had given them to call me back and so they had to leave a message for me. The next day I returned their call and have never received a call back from them. They could have just left me the price quote when they'd left the message for me on the previous day! Each time I communicated that my two cats were going to be new patients (i.e., $$$ generating revenue) but they still decided not to call me back. I won't be entrusting the care of my animals to people that cannot employ a receptionist to answer their phone or return my calls. I'm disappointed because they have such good ratings.
