The sales staff here must have changed since all of the great recommendations or maybe our salesperson was fairly new. However, she didn't seem to know the products well and she never had the paperwork ready when we went in. Even when we made an appointment we had to wait for long periods. Also we weren’t listened to at all! We told them that we had had our fireplace inspected and that we knew it would have to be cleaned before installation. The “previewer “ confirmed this but our salesperson still listed it as optional on our final paperwork. When we asked questions they were amazingly good at performing a "pivot" and avoiding the original question or trying to make us feel inferior for asking it. Sent an email to corporate asking for help but have only received a phone message claiming that they were “busy” due to the State Fair and indicating that they would like us to continue to work with this office. We are now looking elsewhere.
