First time there. Went in for a completely new hair style. Went from long to short. Showed Al B. a couple of pictures of a style I was going for. We talked awhile. I was open to another style if the short styles would not work. (another salon said the short style I wanted would not work). Al proved them wrong. He was wonderful...he rocked the cut! He's fun to talk with, very friendly. I felt completely at ease. I totally recommend him, and the salon.
