I returned to this company after several years and found that their service people are pleasant and efficient, but on the sales/proposal side, they are very high compared to others.

We had Metro Heating and Cooling install a constantly running bathroom exhaust fan per suggestion of Center for Energy and Environment. Metro Heating gave us good customer service and did a good job of installation. They quickly came back and helped us with a follow up question we had. Their pricing seemed reasonable but we did not obtain a competitive bid so we cannot rate Metro on pricing.

Metro came out to replace a faucet and shut-off valves in my kitchen. They also added an inline air tank to help eliminate water hammer. They communicated throughout the process and were on time. I recommend them.
