I brought my car to this shop because of their rating on this platform. They diagnosed that I needed all new struts and front brakes, I concurred. Upon picking up my car the service manager said that my brakes might "smell" for a time till they seat themselves. They smelled for a while and I thought that was normal. After a few months my brakes started making noise so I brought it back in. They said one of my calipers was frozen as result of the last brake job. He further said I should have brought it in sooner, I would have if he hadn't told me about the normal “smell". I paid for them to put in new calipers and replace the brake pads. A few more months went by and our car started rattling. I again brought it back into them to check it out. He called me later and said the struts and a cross link was loose. He said I should take it back to the shop that put them in to repair it. To his surprise I told him his shop did all the work. He called me a while later to pick up our car. When I went to pick it up, he just handed me the keys and didn’t tell me what he did. At least I didn’t get charged this time.
