Todd Baribeau, Sales Manager, gave us recommendations for a new furnace and A/C system. He recommeded equipment that was fit for our situation and didn't try to upsell with unnecessary add-ons or higher efficiencies than were warranted or economically justified. Pricing was competetive with another firm. The crew arrived on schedule for the installation. They were efficient and well organized. I decided to have them install a new water heater after they had arrived and reviewed the space and location requirements for the new furnace. The foreman had a new water heater delivered to our house within 2 hours. This additional work as well as the furnace and AC installation was completed the same day. Very nice looking installation and did a great job of cleaning up. Completely happy with all aspects of the project. Have completed one heating and one cooling season with no problems.

I'm not sure how their prices compare, because I didn't shop around very much. They fixed my A/C on a very hot day in July, told me the condenser was getting old, and needed to be replaced. My condo manager agreed. The repair lasted the summer, then I got the condenser replaced; they did a good job on that.

We have had Welter Heating do furnace and air conditioning safety checks and cleaning at the beginning of each season for several years. They also installed our furnace and A/C unit. They always do a thorough job and do not try to up sell or recommend items that are not needed. We trust them. Prices are competitive.
