Communication with both office staff and Ben the technician was good. Ben diagnosed the problem, explained the issue and options, and did not try to sell us anything. In fact, he discouraged us from going ahead with the repair right now, given the cost and that it was not urgent. He charged us only for the arrival fee. I would definitely use this company again.
