I had a janky, non-functional, dryer vent exhaust that I inherited from the previous homeowner. Dan called in advance of the appointment to get details, quickly assessed the situation once on site, explained what he was going to do, and promptly got to work replacing the exhaust with a new one that addressed the issues with the previous setup. After a quick install, he walked me through what he had done, and passed on some exterior vent maintenance tips. Highly recommend.
