I was referred to the repair location by my insurance. I made my appointment online and got a confirmation that explained the time that would be required. I arrived and checked in and waited while the windshield was replaced I. A comfortable well appointed waiting room. I was told when my repair was close to done and given a time that they would be finished. My vehicle was brought back to the front of the building and I was walked out to the vehicle and given a few details I needed to know while the repair was new. I had to sign paperwork but o other payment was due. Overall I was pleased with the ease of the appointment and the quality of service.
