Put tile and drainage system just inside our basements walls and layed down drainage system and sump pump that gives us an alarm if the sump pump does not have power. Since they did this several years ago, we've had no problem with water in our basement. They also replaced our small basement windows with concrete block. Basement windows are generally not water tight. This solved another problem when we've had fast winter melting of the snow cover. Wonderful job on both projects and would recommend without reservation for any basement waterproofing project.

The work required was extensive (and expensive,) so while the final bill was not cheap, we have not had any further issues with water in our basement...what is that worth to you? Much more than we paid in my opinion.
