needed to get rid of my mom's jewelry. contacted them via facebook, no response, contacted via website, no response. Just brought it over there, one of the guys said we normally charge $100/hr to evaluate jewelry but since no one got back to you, we'll waive that. They went through the items we brought and we left with a check in about 30 minutes.
