Ratings are for our most recent experience, but I'm saying "recommend" because we've had more good service than bad over the years. It seems to really depend who you get from A Daves. In the most recent visit, I was told I was imagining the problem I described and called "sweetie". Unacceptable. When I complained they sent someone else (promptly) who was friendly, detail oriented, and able to fix the problem.

We met Dave, who arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, & fixed it. He was detail oriented, & couldn't have been a nicer guy. He's the person we'll be calling for any future lock problems. HIGHLY recommended.
