I was a satisfied customer with zero complaints for over 10 years. For over the past month I have had to call and email this company over 20 times fora missed pick up. After multiple frustrations of customer service reps not recording the agreed information of when they would come pack and pick up the missed trash (which they never did until the normal pick up day), I decided to drop my service and find a new trash hauler. I called the to notify I was terming services on July 6th to inform them that my last pick would be Friday July 10th. The CS person confirmed that my last pick up would be July 10th and they would pick up my canister on July 17th. Even though I was paid through the end of the month and I would not get that money back. Today’s the driver came by, tried to dump my empty canister, put it down and didn’t take it. I called AGAIN to file another complaint and asked they come back and get this canister like promised, the guy said that they has my last day as July 31st and pick up canister on August 7th. I recorded the call from July 6th so I know what was agreed upon! This company just outright lies to its customers and is not to be trusted. I might have to throw the canister in my car and deliver it to them! DO NO USE THIS BUSINESS!

They took over Randy's about a year ago. Took a few phone calls for them to get proper charges to me. They are pricier than Randy's used to be. And don't provide as good of service - yet. They have improved some.
