Too expensive and some of the staff is not properly trained on nutrition.

Although the program (and food) costs are very high at one point I was down almost 50 pounds. If I could continue to follow their recommended dietary guidelines I would be in good shape. However, eating and drinking less than 2000 calories a day is not realistic when you like to drink beer and eat carbs.
