I have only worked with one of their beauticians, Kari Williams, so I can't comment on the others. But Kari is superb. She has been styling my hair for many years, and always gives me a consistent haircut that grows out gracefully. It's a pleasant and welcoming place, and the other staff are always polite and helpful.
