My dealer told me I needed both front and rear brakes fixed and quoted nearly $900. I called Cook instead, dropped my car off at 8:00am. By 9:30am I received a call confirming that it was only a the rear brakes that needed work and that it would cost just over $300. My car was ready by 2:30pm. GREAT SERVICE!!

Left a work van there for service while I was on vacation. Spoke to one of the guys on the phone. He took all of my info and said leave the van there and they would would take care of it while I was on vacation. Called them after 9 days and they said they didn't know anything about the van. Although the keys were there, the van has a phone number on the side of it and inside I left a piece of paper that had all the contact info and what needed to be done. I asked them how could they not even try to find out anything about the van and why no one was called. "I don't know. Gordy didn't tell me" I spent a lot of time to empty the van..have someone follow me to the shop to drop it off and then someone to take me there to pick it up then reload everything. And nothing was touched for 9 days. No calls nothing! There is a strange van in the parking lot what should we do? I don't know...there is a phone number on the side should we call that? Maybe we should look inside? Maybe we should find out if anyone talked to a someone about a van? This was a terrible experience in so many ways! Cost me a ton of time and I still have a work van that I need for a full schedule that is running terrible.
