Unfortunately No one ever what to visit this place. They do a great job of taking care and offering compassion to you and your pet.

This is the worst place to bring your pet. These people don't care about pets, they care about maximizing their profits at every corner. I brought my mastiff in because she injured her leg and I wanted to make sure she was recovering. They refuse to allow me into the building to speak to the vet and they went to great extents for me to approve of possible cost but were only able to give me a range. And you guessed it, each price range they gave me and I approved, they went right up to the max and then would ask me to approve another range. At this point, I asked to speak to the vet and to stop all services until I know what was going on. At this point, they start telling me that my dog is in so much pain as a result of the cancer they discovered. I ignored my instinct and gut feeling that they were ripping me off but didn't know what to do since they had my dog in their building and would not allow me to see her. This is the worst experience I've ever had. They even suggested that I let them amputate my dog's leg! A leg that is not broken or anything!
