Loyear came out to give an estimate, and did not recommend any work as the leak had been remedied. I appreciate the honesty!

Loyear educated me on mold on my basement, tore out old mold contaminated carpet, got rid of mold on the floor and walls and protected the area for going forward. They strategically cut out some unsightly plywood. Gave a fair quote and then came in considerably less with the invoice. Honest people, I'd gladly use them again.
